Ch. Cameo's Wild Cherry Jubilee  CGC WDX2 JH SH

Jubilee aka my Boo!

Jube's Photo Pedigree

Jubilee finishes her
 Senior Hunter Title!! (SH) !!!

Whooo Hooo Boo!

Here is Jubilee bringing her 2nd land work pheasant to me!  Good girl!
It was a mean rooster too - NAILED me with his spur as I took him.
Not sure if you can tell from this photo -
but Jube is incredibly proud of herself!
As she should be!

With awesome and gorgeous performances down south in Lodi, California in the middle of their winter storms, 2+ inches of rainfall, and in 50+mph gusts - Jube went way above and beyond and finished her Senior Hunter title!  Good Girl!

You think Jube enjoys this sport?
Airborne Clumber!!
Here's the first rooster of our morning!

(Can you see the HUGE CLUMBER SMILE there under the wings?)

Flying Clumber!  Go Boo!
Here's the first rooster again - I think the judge there (in the big grin and goatee) is nearly as proud of her as I was!  Almost.

Just a couple days before we left for the Lodi tests...  in case y'all thought that Jube is a serious sort of girl all of the time.  She sat like this for about a half hour.

The unknown Clumber, I guess!

31 October, Jubilee earned her CGC!  Whoo hoooo!

Here is a photo from Jubilee's 2nd SH leg on Friday, Sept. 3.  The wonderful judges are Jerry Light on the left, and Julie Wickwire on the right.  Of course you must agree that they are the best-looking judges out there!

And Jubilee is pretty good-lookin' herself, eh?

Thanks Lynn Winchester for the photo!

Here we are getting ready to go.
That is judge Al Defalco on my
left there.  A wonderful judge!
Linda Fraser of FlyAway Corey
Clumbers is on my right - she was apprentice judging that day.

These 3 photos taken on the 4th
day of the hunt test cluster (6 Sept)
and we didn't pass that day.
We did pass on Friday but didn't
have the camera out.  I think some
folks got photos of us with the ribbon
and judges so I'll put those up as
soon as we get copies.

Here Jube is searching for the
bird - it was really warm this day and we didn't get to work in that shade.
Jube brings me the 1st bird!
With just a little bit of a "parade"
past the judges before putting it
into my hand... lol
Here is our quarry... the evil (and tasty) Chukar Partridge.

(Actually we were hunting Pheasant on the Senior course, this guy got away from the Junior course we think)

Jubilee, Jube, Boo...  Whatever name she answers to that day (kidding, Boo!) is Tracy's best bud.  She came to us at about 6 months old thanks to Leslie Connell of Cameo.  It took us some time to find out what really makes her happy... it wasn't conformation showing... it wasn't obedience...
And then at the Denver Clumber National - Jubilee  discovered her reason for being on the planet... BIRDS!

This is actually a photo of that exact moment!
This is the birdiness test at the National and the very first moment that Jube realized that birds birds birds were the best thing in the universe!

From that moment on, Boo never looked back!  After finishing her Championship at a trailer show at that National (a 5 point major, I might add!) we promised her that she could just concentrate on FUN STUFF from now on (and the rare occasional National... but no more showing except for those).  Jubilee is a lot like Tracy in that neither of us do anything partway... Within 3 months Jubilee earned THREE titles!  Her Championship at the National, then her WDX (Working Dog Excellent - a basic hunt test), and then she passed all four of her Junior Hunter legs in ONE WEEKEND!  And keep in mind that Jube was hampered by her completely rookie handler and trainer, Tracy!  We would not have been able to achieve this without the gracious advice, assistance, and occasional corrections from our great friends Dan Connell, Karen Lee, Darrell Reeves, Lynn Winchester, and everyone at MRSSA.

This was one of the happiest times of my entire life!

THANK YOU ALL!

While Jubilee and I had been very close friends prior to starting working in the field, we have become inseparable now. There is just nothing in the world as wonderful as working with your dog, doing the very thing she was bred to do.  The pure joy in both our hearts when she is quartering a field, flushing a Chukar or Pheasant, marking the fall, and then retrieving it to hand... it is just awesome.
Nothing better.  Nothing.

Jubilee cannot wait for her turn to go!

Good Girl!

Where'd the bird go?!? Oh there it is! Good girl!

twee twee!  Over!  Good girl!

Getting ready to send her on the water

Off she goes!

She got it! Good girl!

But we do other stuff too!

We love visiting the ocean! Well yes... and we like kicking back and relaxing...

And there's camping too!

But yeah... this is our favorite thing to do together.
I adore my Boo.

Working on the "hunt dead" in the above photo

Oh yeah... and we really shouldn't forget Jube's newest accomplishment!

Puppies!
Who already have their own webpage, so hop on over there when you want!

We also want to show off the wonderful painting
that Karen Lee, aka the Fetcher Sketcher, did of Jubilee.

This was a birthday gift from Jeni to Tracy,
and easily the best gift ever.

Should you ever want a stunning portrait done of your dog,
we can't recommend Karen highly enough.
Visit her webpage for more samples of her great work!

And what's a web page without a couple baby photos?
Boo was just about 5 months old in these.

The Princess Boo thanks you for visiting!
